The Ohio Small Police Department Association was created to provide a platform for departments that have 25 or less full-time sworn officers to come together for the purposes of:
- Educating the public about the importance and needs of small police departments
- creating purchasing power
- Holding events and trainings relevant to small department’s needs
- Grant strength
