The Ohio Small Police Department Association was created to provide a platform for departments that have 25 or less full-time sworn officers to come together for the purposes of:

  • Educating the public about the importance and needs of small police departments
  • Networking
  • creating purchasing power
  • Holding events and trainings relevant to small department’s needs
  • Advocacy
  • Grant strength
